Is there a way that i can strengthen my back and core so that i dont end up standing to the left or right with my upper-body? When i do butt and leg exercises i always end up with my upper-body (chest) to the left or right and it makes the exercises so much more difficult. :) hope someone can help me

oh, and Cassey, just a little something I've noticed: you say in the video that the exercises may be 'girly', but they're hard and stuff. So why title it Glute Exercise for WOMEN? Just saying. Because if it is in the title, it does give the idea that it's something that just women do.

I have done countless videos focusing on the butt. But NOTHING has given me as much pain the day after. or 2 days after that this one gives me. I was so sore after doing this video again after a long time that I almost cried the next day, I forgot how sore it leaves you XD

Every time I do this workout it just makes my back sore and it irritates the shit out of me every time. And I'm perfectly straight everytime I do it so idk what I'm doing wrong. idk it's just very discouraging and it pisses me off.

Because of time crunch, I decided to skip my 15 minute cardio on the treadmill and devote my whole workout to pop Pilates. I can see I don't have to worry about getting my full cardio time in! Thank you Cassey!
