Hi guys I just want to say, this workout WORKS!
I tried this whole thing once a day for a week and I already saw amazing results. Before, my legs had cellulite and they would jiggle a lot even when I took a light step. But after a week of doing this 10 minute workout for one week, I could see that my legs were a lot firmer and stronger. They were more toned and muscular too and they barely quivered when I stomped too! I know that not a lot of comments actually mention how they did. Most are just begging for likes or promise to post but never do so here is an actual comment from when I actually tried it out.
Some tips and important things I learned:
Always keep your body straight on the ground. Dont make a shallow v shape or curve your body, try to keep your body straight especially during the triangle thighs.
Do the whole thing as real time as possible. Dont take breaks or pause even for a second because it will slow your progress. Do it at the same pace as her. What I do sometimes is if I absolutely have to take a break, I pause for about five seconds and I put the video back 10 or 15 seconds so I can do more but still allow breaks. Because if you take breaks and keep the video going, you will technically not be doing the whole workout, only part of it.
Try not to slow down too much or slump your legs because they are burning. Try to lift your legs as high as hers and keep the same form and posture she has. Keep your legs straight and maintain your pace! You got this!
For the clamshells, if theyre not doing anything, its probably because youre not doing it right. Remember, keep your body straight, your heels touching, and only move your legs. Squeeze your butt and do not move your whole body, just rotate your legs. Watch how she does it and try copying her as accurately as possible.
Listening to my fav music helps me get through the whole thing! Its a good distraction and sometimes the beat will help you keep your pace!
NOTE: There are other things you can do to speed the process. And yes it has to do with food. Im sorry but food does affect your cellulite. Try to avoid processed meats and grains, canned soup, and sugary beverages (includes juice and sweetened tea) If you dont know what to much sugar looks like in drinks, if theres more than 10 grams of sugar per serving, thats too much! Also just eat healthier in general. If you dont include food as a thing to improve on, your cellulite wont get much better and it may not get any better even with these exercises and tips. Trust me, there are plenty of other food choices that are way healthier and still as delicious as junk food.

I have been with you for so long as much as active I have practically been with Refit Rev so I can never tag you in a comment without tagging them too on insta and last time I noticed they are following you and they have reached over 3, 000 followers at their New Years party and more than that on a constant basis They have HIIT trainings and Rev and Flows in which I have noticed they have a lot of what they watch / practice with you I feel like I cant believe I did that but its hard not to shut up about you or them so I feel like Im constantly spreading word about both of you. I love yall

This is perfect and just what I needed to start working on thighs at home without any expensive equipment to get me going. One thing I noticed; on the clam shell I wasn't feeling any burn where she says you should so I rewatched a few times and realized I was rotating my hips with my leg (taking all the work off the area that I should have been feeling) and started to feel it. Looking at the video, she doesn't mention this but it doesn't look like she's rotating her hips either. Just thought I'd share that in case it confused anyone else.

I almost never comment on things, but this workout is a killer for just ten minutes! Shaking means it's working and after two days, I feel it everywhere, even in my abs. It's ok if you don't have perfect posture, or can't kick quite as high, so long as you're pushing yourself, you will improve. And honestly, this goes by so fast, it's great for people who need a concentrated workout on specific areas. Will definitely be filing this one into my routine: )

Today is my first day of doing this. My best friend of many years recommended this video to me, and I'm so happy she did. I felt myself giving up halfway through but I didn't. I want to be able to look at my legs and feel confident in myself. Im going to try this out for an entire week and see how much progress there is. I think I might actually make this a full month challenge for myself.

Omg oooooowwww. You have got me shaking so bad lol. I for the life of me could not do the extended raised clam shell. I did try but I didn't want to hurt myself. Such a good workout. I love the music too. It really motivates me to keep going. I need to work out more but this is a good start after being lazy for a couple of weeks.

Guys im under severe depression i can hardly push myself to do anything. IM trying this tonight hope i can do it
Day 1: it was prertty good i like it and wasn't that hard for me honestly
Day 2: was a bit hard but I'm doing it
Day 3: was super busy didnt do it

Cassey. I HATE sideways scissors with a passion. I only ever feel my hip flexors during that move. No matter what I try, i always feel the hip flexors and I NEVER feel my thighs. Too bad i can only do half this video. It was great while it lasted.

This workout actually made so happy to see someone to have legs and thighs like mine. Because I only ever see thin thighs! And dont get me wrong those legs are beautiful. But I love my legs and dont want them to become thinner. Just toner.
