With a - - 400 calories- from your maintenance calorie number, with a relatively good protein intake, and macro nutriments balance etc etc, knowing thath i'm about 20% bodyfat, how much should i exepct to lose after 3 consecutive months? How was your experience with it

Can you post a video in which you perform your all workouts in a day so that we can follow it everyday for a physic like you. coz your different videos makes us viewers confused to select a perfect workout schedule

you should make a video of straight up motivation, so that i can watch it at the start of my day so i have some motivation to keep going.
