#2 10 min ab workout (no equipment bodyweight workout) - Fraser Wilson
video description
1) Put an actual timer with numbers for the countdown, so that we know how long is left per exercise;
2) Put also a countdown for the full workout, so that we know how much is left;
3) Put a sound countdown for the last 5 or at least 3 seconds;
4) Let us know beforehand what is the next exercise, and if possible put already a small preview in the corner, so that we can prepare ourselves for what comes next.
None of those things are hard or time consuming to do, and make a big difference between any workout video, and a good workout video that you would come back for

Was doing this regularly, but got lazy and stopped. 10 months later and now I've got a belly growing I don't like. So I'm getting back on the horse. Best of luck to everyone here working on a healthier version of themselves. We can do it! -

I've been doing really well with this one but my question is should I do it just once or would it be a good idea to go twice through?
