15 min huge leg workout (dumbbell only at home) - Fraser Wilson jeff: question: should i continue this workout? this is my first time doing this workout and it went well. but in the middle my heart rate was getting so high that it started to get really hard to breathe, but i still finished it so, should i continue this workout?

Man I have to give props, this the first workout I-ve tried that got me questioning my own existence and made my vision go blurry and sweat coming out of every pore in my body. Am gonna do it again tomorrow.

Brooooo, no one has ever made a leg workout like you. I tried so many, my legs haven't gotten thick in a month. But I did 2 of your workouts and DAMN, call me prince bubblebutt.

Tried doing ab workouts but my legs are so weak I can't do them lol. So I'm gonna start doing this every day.
