Hello, Frazer. Do you have any tips for workouts at home with dumbbells? Like for example: do your videos of 15-20 minutes dumbbell workout are a proper workout? What can we add to it if isn-t enough? What I do is: I train 20 minutes a specific muscle, then do like a 5-7 minute finisher of that same muscle mixing the exercises with body weight too, and then, ending with a 10 minutes of abs.

hey man i just started working out for about a week now. I-m looking to lean bulk so is it like I just eat a lot and then burn a lot to gain muscle mass or I try to build muscle jus by lifting weights and then do a normal workout. I-m a bit confused but i have watched ur videos on lean bulking but am still a bit confused. Maybe someone else can explain this to me. Thanks l.

What about water after a workout, because abb workouts are genuinely hard for me with anything at any quantity for me, (especially mountain climbers.
