This probably won't give me if I do 7 times because not much change yet and I've done 3 times but I'll get them eventually I hope thank you I usually do your workouts since they get straight to the workout without like 30 minutes of talking before and after the workout

I don't know why but i didn't think this would work. But after a couple weeks of this combined with a calorie deficit I'm much more happy with my physical appereance. Gotta flex my abs before they're visible but still I'm super happy. Thank you
