I-m in a dilemma and maybe you can help ppl like me! I-ve gotten down to around 16-17 % fat (just based on how I look) and I-m pretty happy with it, but I do wanna go a lil further to really see the full 6 pack (right now i can see the top/bit of the middle). I-ve been stuck at this level though coz of the crappy food I eat occasionally. Do I really have to go down and have 0 cheat meals to get that 6 pack! Ps Aussie Aussie Aussie

A very informative and entertaining video Fraser, as is your usual. I couldn't help but notice that over the years that I have been watching you, your arms and legs are achieving phenomenal vascularity. Even when they are not -pumped up- the veins in your arms during this video are very evident. When you give a blood sample, IV nurses must love you. is this a result of you having achieved such low body fat levels?

I agree. I don-t restrict my food cuz I realized that I end up craving them until I binge, so what I do is I drink my green juices, cook my meals and if I get a little desire to eat something not very goal healty I-ll still have it, eventually those cravings have reduced.
Your mind can make you almost nearly obsessed with something if it senses you-re not eating

Hey Fraser. Im 13, and Ive been working out for almost a year now. Do u think its okey to use supplements like whey protein at this age? I've tried protein bars and they are really good but i want something that could fit into a meal like making protein pancakes or a protein shake.

If you eating clean 6 days a week and you have one cheat meal one day, and you strength training and do cardio every day you don-t going to get fat. It-s all about balance. To enjoy yourself one day in a week with a burger or a pizza and candy it-s not wrong it-s normal.

cheat days? that's irresponsible and undisciplined. I have a cheat meal, just one, once in a while i. e. a pizza or a burger on a saturday or sunday maybe once every 2 months or so. more than that is destroying your progress

I have found that making your own pizza is so much better at home than the greasy kind eating out. Whole wheat crust, turkey pepperonis. Also no sugar added Breyers ice cream is very good. --

Cutting out all junk food would give me nothing to look forward to. Intense workouts and drinking lots of water due to my fat loss machines with constant analysis is working!

I've been trying to limit myself to about two cheat days a month. Every other Saturday. Not weekly, but still enough to keep my cravings in check. Been working so far.
