EXCELLENT wo this morning and it really is amazing how much you can feel the 10 pounders when you do it the right way. So many times in my past I would do the same with 30s or more on the curls and for no gain at all. Thank you for the real fitness lineup for life! Happy New Year and cant wait to be back with you in 2022.

During some of the holds, my back starts hurting. Not sure if that means I'm overcompensating somewhere, am doing the hold incorrect, need more strength in my back, or something else. For example, the straight arm front holds.
Any pointers?

I've lately discovered your workouts during the french lockdown, and they are awesome! They are for all body and you post so much of them, that's great!

After not working out for over 2 weeks ( recovered from Omicron) this felt great to complete, even if I had to drop to 8lbs. Look forward to getting back what I lost.
