Dude. There were no beeps on the last hold. I told my self don't look at the screen, the beeps will come, this can't go on forever. So I ended up holding for a solid month. Shredded abs.

Damn Dan giving that serious look instead of the wave in the beginning gave me a different vibe hahaha anyways killed this workout today. It was tough but good overall.

Workout done I'm so proud of myself I did this whole workout. I'm feeling strong I can still feel the burn i love this kind of pain on my abs and it hurts so good.

I was cruising until Dan decided to do a hollow hold and then repeat the entire set. The last hollow hold had the abs trembling.

this workout def gonna add to my workout routine. lying down abs workout whilst able to burn the abs and not stress my ankle
