Thanks for the great exercises! But does anyone have the same problem as me that you often start to feel your shoulders during a plank before your core? I've had this for a while and felt it again during the last exercise. Maybe I have bad form although I don't know how I could mess up the form on a plank.

Damn i almost completed it this time without any breaks but the mountain climbers at 12 mins got me cant do them after using up most of my stamina
