Day 19: . I usually skip Saturdays for a run and recovery.
Okay, tell the truth, Dan. Did you do the 6 week shred or did you put it together after the fact. I'm not complaining, I just want to know.
If so, daily? Did you do other workouts on those days? Give me (us) the skinny! . Please.

There are days I don't know how I finish these workouts, but Dan is a great motivator. And when you hit 70% you think, aw, almost there. Might as go to the end. And then it's totally worth it when you reach 100%. Thanks again Dan

done. manage to complete all. but my stamina cant catch up after vaccination for 5 days already.
Might not be true but advise to go chill first for vaccination. 7 days light exercises are advisable before extreme one like this

I do HIIT daily without a problem but when I hit the 60% mark here I was just like this is it. this is how I go. I never thought I would want burpees over push ups but you made it happen haha

Amazing workout Dan, super brutal! Honestly, bodyweight exercises are way more tiring than the dumbbell ones. One needs have more bodyweight conditioning.
