Welcome to day 17 our our 6 Week Shred Workout Program! Together we're going to tackle this 30 minute upper body dumbbell workout consisting of complex exercises followed by 60 seconds of bodyweight HIIT exercises that will replace your cardio and get that heart PUMPING! The goal is to build strength and endurance while burning as many calories as possible. This upper body HIIT workout has it all As we already mentioned, in this dumbbell HIIT workout we'll be working through complex exercises, combining 2 exercises back-to-back for 30 seconds each. As we get deeper into the 6 Week Shred we'll be increasing the HIIT and cardio in these workouts so that you're in a constant state of fat burning. Work hard! The clock will expire (eventually) so leave it all out there and enjoy those rest periods when you can! If you've been following the 6 Week Shred then you know I love HIIT exercises. In fact, this winter I haven't done any other cardio no running, hiking, cycling, etc. All of my cardio is coming from HIIT exercises and TBD. I feel like I have more cardiovascular health than ever before! So once again, we'll be adding HIIT exercises throughout this workout, but we're going to push the limits of your endurance and mental strength. Each HIIT exercise will last for 1 minute to get that heart rate up and to burn more calories. This of this workout like a strength + cardio session in one. Don't quit! Take breaks as needed, hit pause, get some water. but finish the workout. You got this! Equipment for this workout: - A pair of dumbbells at least (Ill be using 2 pairs in this workout, 2 x 20 lbs and 2 x 30 lbs. Pick up the heavier set if you want this workout to be more challenging. - A mat As mentioned earlier, each complex set is 1 minute long and will consist of two exercises that you'll perform back-to-back for 30 seconds each. After the 1 minute set you'll have 30 seconds to rest before going into a 1 minute HIIT exercise that will raise your heart rate and act as cardio to burn calories. Then we'll rest another 30 seconds before moving on to the next complex set. We'll repeat this format throughout the entire workout. Woo, one week ago, I was almost in 5 minutes and couldn't continue. One week an after doing this, I finished the whole 30 minutes in like 30 seconds. thanks man great workout for me as a beginner and skinny.

Great combination and sweat. The upper body with dumbbells were brutal. Great workout Im getting stronger. I might not be able to run tomorrow my cells are talking. Thank you for such great workout

I have to admit. Sometimes I hate you at the end! Lol. But I feel great the next day! Sure sometimes I'm sore and always a little tight but it's a good feeling!

Those 60 seconds sessions are deadly. My father is very concerned about my workout routine. he is worried about that i may end up with a manly body: D
