Ready for an all new Full Body Super Sweaty Workout? This HIIT workout with dumbbells is an intense EMOM workout where you'll work hard, but the reward will be worth it! The timer will be set for 1 minute. You will work to complete 3 different exercises (the number of reps will differ, depending on the exercise) within the 1 minute. The faster you complete the exercises with the reps, the more rest you get before going on to the next minute of work. We'll alternate between two different sets one set every odd minute and a different set for every even minute. Just follow along on screen and you'll get the hand of it right away. We then have 60 seconds rest before moving onto next set of exercises. I'll get into the sets and reps below. Before we get going be sure to

This one is one of my favorite and I will be coming back often. I could not finish it on my first attempt, had to take rest, at the end of the second complex was out of breath. I kept doing HIIT from TIFF x DAN and today I decided to give it another go. I was able to finish every exercises with around 10 seconds to rest and without pausing it manually. Don't give up, this one is tough but rewarding! My next goal is to be able to do it on advance settings; )

This workout is scary haha. Done it three times already yet every time I hit it I end up feeling destroyed after.
