So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I. e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell. But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive. but! Overall quality bestgym. equipment and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.

Just a suggestion: the shots are taken too far away from your body. You should adjust the zoom or put the camara near to you. It's nice/inspiring for us viewers to actually see the muscles moving. And I say this without any erotic connotation.

I was waiting for this to drop this morning. It was exactly what I needed. I needed to loosen up the muscle in my shoulder. Started with the 5 min warm up then this. That calf finisher was fun. Thanks for another awesome workout. Here's to the weekend Bro!

Bye bye small calves. hello muscles. .can't seem to grown my legs like the other part of my body. but this one. felt every muscle twitch.
