This is a great workout i really enjoy it, i have been weightlifting for many many years and ive started to get tired of my traditional weight training workouts at the gym due to burnout, i was wondering if you think i could maintain the muscle mass from my weight training workouts at the gym if i switched over to this type of training regimen?

Been re watching this vid every day for 2 weeks now. Turned 16 and decided that from that day forth sota like a birthday resolution i guess, that id get 6kg weights and start actually busting my ass every day for an hour. Will edit this comment when i see results.

Most boring workout ever! Why do the same exercises for 45 minutes on the legs it should be more variety. it gets super boring and its too much for the same body part. All your other workouts are great, but this one totally sucks!

Great workout! I'm almost able to do full pushup, thanks to you, and then came diamond pushups. So I won't be able to lift a cup of coffee today and that's just fine thanks! Appreciate your workouts!

This was my first workout with you and I really enjoyed it! I would have liked to see a few side views to ensure my form was correct, especially on the bent toes and the duo deadlift. Great workout!

very good workout! got a good sweat from it! Only thing is that it was mostly upper body and would love a little more lower body to even it out a bit.

That was excellent. I am going to feel that tomorrow! I burned 171 calories as a 5'6 and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
