Drop everything and hit the ground for a KILLER 8 minute home chest workout (push ups only. Think you can't get an intense chest pump in under 10 minutes? Think again! Try your best to get through this intense push up workout. Before we get started grab a dumbbell, block or something similar we'll use it for uneven pushups. Also you'll need a chair, bench, couch (I'm using our YETI cooler) for incline and decline pushups. Repeat this push up workout 2-3x per week to build your chest and triceps and to create sculpted pecs! WORKOUT DETAILS

Great workout Dan. Still recovering from poor sleep. Arms and chest are on fire. Need to figure out a way to do skull crushers without feeling my arms will snap
