Oh, that was hard but so glad I overcame my fear and tried to do it till the end. Due to continuity with daily exercise, I was able to maintain the routine but maybe the form needs more precision but I had the stamina to get through it. Thank you, what an awesome routine. You both rock - in much gratification for the technology we have today.

Weird question for you, Dan, what kind of shorts are you wearing for this workout? I struggle to find good workout shorts. You should start including an affiliate link in your videos descriptions if it would benefit you (or us haha. Thanks for all you do. Every workout you and Tiff put out there is perfect.

My second time doing this workout. Did better than the first time but have yet to complete it without stopping. I know Ill get there though

Its more like an arm and shoulder training. I had to take a pause in between only because my shoulders are burning so much.
