What is the best workout schedule?
Example:
Day 1. Fat burning
Day 2. Arms and shoulders
Day 3. Fat burning
Day 4. Chest and abs
Day 5. Fat burning
Day 6. Legs
Day 7. Rest
(Idk if you do arms and shoulders or Chest and shoulders etc)
Also is 1 week schedule enough?
Or is a 2 week schedule better?
(Week 2: Neck, back wrists)

Love your workouts, I notice that on some of them you show the upcoming exercise in the main screen and sometimes in the small screen in the corner. Any chance you could just do the main screen. Those of us who are visually challenged have to keep grabbing our glasses to see that little screen: -)

Wow what a nice short burst of movements. Upper and lower body with a bit of ab engagement and cardio all rolled into one. Loved it and i felt the elevated heart rate. Keep up the good job as usual.

This may look like a short 10 min workout programme but it is as effective as a 30 - 45 min running and cycling. A perfect quick an sweaty session for busy people.
