Doing a 1 week workout from your videos
This was intense, as always especially on the abs sets, expecting more dumbbell part though. But this was intense, love that 1/2 burpee staple

I couldn't do the last chest to floor burpees, I was almost out; instead did mountain climbers. . That was amazing
