Hello Dan Hello Tiff
For me personally it was a great week because
(but I had already mentioned)
Creatively varied challenging and depending on your weight you could push your limits more of that please apart from the fact that Maker and Racer were included extra thanks for that
I am really looking forward to the new week,

As usual another great short ab workout that i use before i go onto the treadmill for a run. I liked the isolation and the unilateral work. This was a quuck and effective burn as there was no rest between moves. Definitely feel it on those oblique muscles.

Well this was hard. Hey Dan, is it okay to keep my knee down when doing the side planks, or do you want me keep that up?
