I've been hiked down into there. barely made it out alive (my husband as well) 25 years ago. Don't want to go back, but it's fun seeing footage after all these years! I'd advise no one to try hiking there unless you are a VERY experienced outdoorsman! DON'T try it if the water is high from the runoff (for us it was mid-July. not good. Our hike turned into a river run without a raft or any flotation devices. Brutal.

In 1985 my morning breakfast, 5 days a week, was a giant breakfast burrito and a pack of rasberry Zingers, bought from the roach coach outside of work. Maybe 10 years later, I bought a pack of rasberry Zingers out of nastalgia and could barely finish them. How we change over time lol: D
