Hello there,
nice basic Recipe and thanks for sharing.
My personal Recipe is a little bit diffrent but perhaps you wanna give it a try:
For the wine i mix 1part white, 1 part rose, 2 parts red (bordeaux)
For the mix i use oranges instead of lemon (just a bit lemon juice, 2 sticks cinammon, little bit of Muskat (nutmeg, cloves and star anise.
Hope you like it.

This brings back many fond memories of walking around weihnachtsmarkts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I think I'll make some this weekend. I love sharing traditions like this now that I'm back stateside. Maybe consider doing a video on schneeballen or stollen? Just an idea. Ok, now I'm getting hungry.

Thanks for the recipe! Here's a suggestion. To keep the wine warm during a party, instead of using your stove on low, use a crockpot. Making sure you keep the cover on between servings. The crockpot will keep the wine warm for much less electricity! My cousin uses her crockpot and it works perfectly.

Use Rum, not Sherry, then we have a drink we call Icebreaker/ Eisbrecher.
Greetings to you and your charming little helper: )
P. S. I go for a travel on Monday, so I use the chance to say Merry Christmas to your whole family!
Happy travels. :)

Had the Polish version in Warsaw last Christmas, called grzaniec galicyjski. Very delicious. It was served in a disposable plastic cup so I kind of feel cheated! Great video as always Mark.

I wonder if it is a tradition to leave a bottle around the entire year, then bring it out on New Year's and say
should've had this on Christmas; but have a good year. R U DOLPH
