The Wild Ponies of the Appalachian Trail - Hiking the Grayson Highlands in 4K real: People believe we can stop the processes we've set into motion, like the 6th mass extinction event, abrupt climate change, an environmental apocalypse, but it's typical human hubris. If they're wasn't lags in these systems, and the earth and oceans weren't so huge, we would have been gone long ago. There is no stopping these feedbacks. Maybe the melting ice and resulting lifting land masses will create a volcanic age, a negative feedback to cool things down and buy some time. Adding millions of years of the suns energy to a somewhat closed system, can't end well, especially with the rest of the issues we have created. Enjoy it while you can. The age of consequences in the land of delusion.

belief of nothing - -If you knew your potential to feel good, you would ask no one to be different so that you can feel good. You would free yourself of all of that cumbersome impossibility of needing to control the world, or control your mate, or control your child. You are the only one who creates your reality. For no one else can think for you, no one else can do it. It is only you, every bit of it you. --

I enjoyed watching your hiking trip, I have spent lots of days and nights in that mountain, on horseback and in a wagon. When you were at the Lewis fork I thought (don't go that way it's rough country. My husband was one of the first people to turn ponies loose in that area, they are now managed by the Wilburn Ridge Pony Association. Brought back some good memories Thanks

I think this is my favorite episode of your full-length one's so far. Mainly because of your gracious help given to a fellow hiker when Mike came along. I do hope he had the chance to watch your video and see himself. He has no idea how lucky he is to have been able to hike with you guys! There's a lot of people that wish they could be in his shoes!

Thank you guys so much for making such amazing and entertaining content. During these unusual times when I haven't been able to get out as much as I would like your videos have given me something to look forward to in the future! Keep doing what you're doing because the quality is amazing. Side note, the shrine music from BOTW at the end fit perfectly-

Hey folks another great outdoor adventure for sure, thumbs up. I have heard and watched other outdoor videos on the Appalachian Trail, AWESOME. Here I thought kayaking Current River in the OZARKS and Sugar Creek through Turkey Run State Park was fun, lololol. :): ) Your videos take outdoor adventure to another level: ): )

I know it's unpleasant, but it's really important not to go off trail, even to avoid the muddier center, when the ground is as wet and fragile as it is here. It can easily cause erosion and trail widening. We want to keep our trails as small and insignificant as possible to preserve natural habitats. LNT!

Nicole balances into the group so nicely, I really enjoy when she comes along. And about the soft ground under the trees where you wanted to camp, don-t. The leaves cover a million mice-tunnels, I tried that once and never again. unless hammocking.
