14 hrs Alone in Japan Airlines First Class to Tokyo - Trek Trendy

Join me onboard Japan Airlines First Class all the way over to Tokyo. What's more, I'll have the entire cabin to myself for 14 hours. As always with my trip reports, I'll share with you all elements of the experience from the luxurious bed, Japanese tasting menu, caviar and various premium amenities. Starting in Chicago, my flight will cross the international date line, meaning technically I will be onboard for two days before arriving into Tokyo's Narita Airport. Given I've recently travelled onboard Singapore Airlines First Class, as well as ANA First Suites (both on their Boeing 777-300ER) I feel this review will be an interesting point of comparison between key luxury airline products in the Asian region. There is no such place as -Chicago International Airport-. There are Chicago-Midway International Airport, Gary-Chicago International Airport, Chicago-Rockford International Airport, and O-Hare International Airport. From the map shown (and the relative sizes of the airports, I suspect this journey started at O-Hare, the only one of the four without -Chicago- in its name.

They are allowing tourist in Japan now! I have friends that have condos there that can't even visit their own homes because they are not residents. How did you manage to go there! Did a company sponsor you!

why did it fly all over the US, then over the atlantic, over Europe and then part of Asia to Japan instead of just crossing the Pacific? Im from Germany so i dont understand this. _.

I was curious so I looked up the price of a flight from Chicago to Tokyo. $33k for 1 round trip 1st class ticket. $2300 for an economy ticket

I think you need to start dressing better while you-re in first class ppl that come in in ripped jeans and a sweatshirt kinda piss me off tbh.

5: 30 Pretty sure US to Japan flights go over Canada/Alaska, not the long way round along the equator over the Atlantic, Europe and Asia.

You get first class there the what class back. I can imagine the crew seeing the guy in economy and just thinking what happened

Great video. First class looks amazing. I have only flown business class. I love JAL and Japan. Hope to go back again next year.
