Fun video.
Non Alaska comment. I had a chuckle when you showed you watch in detail. I have one also.
WRT the watch. Fun story.
I was in the Grand Bazaar with some friends who were in a stall shopping. I was waiting outside the booth they were in - just killing time and looking around. Next door was a place that had all sorts of 'knock off' high end watches. I was looking at a few of them when one of the fellas in there came out to visit. He asked if I was interested in a watch - I said no, I have one already. He saw what I was wearing and gave me a very strong smile. He said he knows of that watch. They can't fake that one because of the digital displays. LOL He said he would love to sell me a fake Rolex though he knew I already had a watch that was a keeper (his words. Too funny.

Great video Jeb! I took The Alaska Railroad on that exact train and route the Coastal Classic from Anchorage to Seward and also part of the earlier section of the aptly named Denali Star from Denali to Anchorage when I visited Alaska back in 2019 I only wish I’d taken more pictures or made a video about the experience! This video brought back some wonderful memories for me just like your last ARR video (ARR being how they abbreviate Alaska RailRoad)
When I visit Alaska again someday I’ll have to do that!
Cheers my friend also I agree with you at 9: 03 that’s how I PICTURE ALASKA! No Doubt!

OMG! Jebb, I just missed you again! I ran into you and was featured in your report on the Denali Star last time. I was in Seward, AK, on May 15th on the NCL Spirit en route to Japan, just completing the Alaska portion of our cruise! I looked into taking that train, but unfortunately, there was only one departure, and it didn't fit with the time the ship was in port. We did a river raft down the Resurrection River into town as our excursion. It was epic!

There was a Democrat voter who attended a Trump rally because he had heard such bad things about the Trump followers. He was surprised. He said that it was
nothing like what the msm had said about we Adorable Deplorables. He said that the people were the sweetest and most welcoming people he met. He really
loved the Trump fans and Trumps speech. Wonder where he is today. Is he a Trump supporter

If you ever make your way to Switzerland I would highly recommend taking the Bernina Express from Tirano - St. Moritz and connecting with the Glacier Express to finish the journey from St. Moritz to Zermatt! It is an amazing journey that is full of hundreds of waterfalls as the trains cut through hundreds of kilometers of mountains that are part of the UNESCO Heritage Protected Wilderness.

I did that trip last year. Just stunning. Absolutely amazing train trip. Head to the Anchorage Museum if you want to know and see more about the history of the railroad. And breakfast on the train was really good!
And seeing the beer reminded me - head over to the 49th State Brewery when you're back in Anchorage or near Denali. Excellent food and drink.

Let's move here! is NOT a blooper. Ask Alaskans how they got here and you will be shocked to know how many arrived for a two week vacation and left empty plane seats on the way back. Being a born and bred Alaskan, all I know is I've never traveled anywhere around the world and not wanted to come back home. We would love you as neighbors!

I took this train with my parents when I was 14. Don Young, the long time Congressman from Alaska, was on the train. I got to meet him, and he was a great guy and probably the least politician-like politician I've ever met. Very down to earth, and his wife Lou was lovely. The scenery on the train was amazing.

I went to Alaska a couple of summers ago and debated taking a train trip or sticking to just day trips with my rental car. I'm now seriously regretting not doing the train trip- there can be hiccups but it's so so so much better for sightseeing. Oh well, guess I'll have to make another trip!

I live in Sault Ste Marie, MI near the Soo Locks. Lots of freighters come through, but once in a while we see massive cruise ships like the Viking Octantis which is really cool. Would be awesome to see you do a cruise on the Great Lakes with Viking Cruise Lines some day: )

Jeb, for the amount of traveling you and Suzanne do, it would be awesome to share your packing tips and tricks and perhaps your essentials. I know a classy time piece will be one of the items; -) but I’d love to see your thought process in streamlining your travel needs.

Mountains give me vibes about New Hampshire. Loved the mountains there. But the mountains of Alaska take my breath away. Natural towers. And what better way to view them than by train. See you on the rails Jeb and Suzan.

I am always so excited when you post a new video. I have a master's degree in film studies and your posts are just of such high quality and they could easily be used as teaching materials at the college level.

I went 3 years ago. Favorite route I've ever driven. Gorgeous doesn't do it justice. I also didn't realize how lucky I was that there wasn't a cloud in the sky in Seward! Added to the whale watching experience!

My husband and I took this trip in August of 2013 so there was no snow on the ground then. It was a fantastic trip. We were in Adventure Class. Thank you for a great video and for these memories.

Coming from an Alaskan here, y’all came in the ugly season, the breakup. If you come in late June the weather will be awesome, all the snow will be gone, and it won’t be so brown lol
