Delta's Excellent Domestic First: Boeing 757 (Delta Domestic First Class Review) SnorkTorsk: I hate to be contradictory, but I just flew Denver to Maui with Delta. Airbus A319 Den-Sea and B757 SEA-OGG and was truly surprised by how bad it was. After paying for first class I would (to paraphrase Boris Johnson's hyperbole) rather be found dead in a ditch than pay another 40 bucks to use the lounge. I found the seats to be uncomfortable and cramped, the food unappetizing, the aircraft dirty. Don't know about the in-seat entertainment because it was broken. The cabin crew were fine, but I generally don't bother them for anything.
Part of this is my fault because I can't help comparing them with business class in Edelweiss (excellent, JAL, Lufthansa, Air Canada and even a disappointing trip on what turned out to be United Faux-laris. The Delta flight was much more comparable with recent flights with Easy Jet (Europe) and Southwest. How much was that we spent on Delta? Won't make that mistake again.

Love your videos and personality
Could you do an air transat trip to Vancouver from Gatwick, as 2 Brits living in Vancouver most family members would use Air Transat when visiting, a comprehensive review would be ace
Whilst here you could also review harbour air seaplanes out of coal harbour downtown, the terminal is visable from our apt
We would love as fans to transfer you to and from Vancouver international and even put you up for a day or two
Anytime

I think my biggest takeaway from all of these domestic first class videos is that first class simply isn't worth the cost unless you're travelling internationally. Aside from the food options, there's not much qualitatively that separates the first class experience from someone who lucks out and gets a row in coach to themselves.

I respect your opinions and enjoy the videos but if you block me so be it. With that said if you dont like the leader of this great country you can always just stay out! Just because you fall into the idiot category of being an MSM puppet, doesn't mean the majority of the people in this country dont love and stand by him.

I remember as a kid in the 90s taking field trips to this airport (MSP) and going to McDonalds to get ice cream. No security. A cone was $1. My uncle worked at northwest airlines (before delta bought it) and I could go to the hanger and go on airplanes, no security. Native Minnesotans hate the name Terminal 1 and 2.

Love the boeing 757, its a real shame theyre starting to be phased out.
I noticed your kids have the sunflower lanyards, are US airports starting to recognise them? I have one myself for several hidden disabilities and its been a real help in our UK airports so far.

What a brilliant and very professional service from Delta in first class domestic flights and how about you trying Delta in first class on an international flight at some stage in the future when you've got enough fly miles points to do it or saved up enough money to do it

I've been under a rock. I've only ever been first/business class on international flights. Just found out that domestic flights don't even offer bed seats. Might as well just fly domestic and spend the $ on sumn else when you land lol. Thanks for this review.

[area 51] was of course obscured by cloud, THEY MUST CONTROL THE WEATHER!
I am joking around btw.
In all seriousness, i will be travelling alone so I may as well fly coach. Are there any US airlines that should be avoided on domestic routes flying west?

Hi there! Great Video! How were you able to pre order your meal? I have been trying to do the same when I fly first and have not able to seen the option to do so. Only option I see is the special meal options. Thank you!
reply

Oh for crying out loud. I was there at the exact same time and I took the exact same flight.
I've taken the old Delta 757-200 version as well (1-stop flight to Hawaii)
Side note: Your kids are properly mature!

Oh wow, you flew on the airline I fly with always. Glad they gave you good service. = ) Been on 757 first class out of Orlando, FL many times. = ) Yeah, best to have your own headphones for IFE.

Great video. That legroom looks pathetic for first. Maybe it's because I been watching a lot of 777 and 330 videos. Their premium select looks more spacious than domestic first.

This is my home airport! I recognized every bit of the terminal that you showed, and I was probably at one of those gates you were at too! Amazing video, very cool to see! :)

I flew on Delta's 757 in economy from Minneapolis to Anchorage Alaska direct. About 6 hours for a domestic flight. But it was a very enjoyable and comfortable flight.

Just curious I saw your kids have a hidden disability. Saw the sunflower. Being someone with autism hope they have an amazing life and do more than you can imagine.

Its gonna be a sad day when airlines are gonna retire this plane, it was sad when finnair retires the last 757 in 2014. (I have flown more than 120 hours in B757 )

6: 00 Hope the idiots that elected those two bozo's, suffer the most under their misguided leaderships. I got my tax cut, but they didn't, the fools!
