Great looking Camp! Thanks for the info on the Filbert fences, I'll have to try That. while watching you splitting firewood, And watching you bend down to pickup the same piece a couple times, I thought I might offer up the way that I do it.
I get four blocks. Three taller ones, and a shorter one, I use the shorter block for the chopping block and surround it with the other three taller blocks. This forms a 'boxed in' half-circle. Then, whenever I chop a piece off, the two pieces bounce back onto the block, instead of falling on the ground. Saves a lot of bending down over and over again. looking forward to seeing more of your Camp. .

You have a lot of little young bendy trees over there, you could grow a LIVE ROOF. Like, tree branches roof. Could take a while, but when you look at your camp, on the right those bendy trees are already suggesting a roof. gothic structure style. :)
Edit to add: Aaand a few seconds later, you walk through hedge lane. and that shows exactly the kind of roof I was thinking of. Imma gonna watch the rest now, before I discover that you've already built the roof in some way!

Are you gonna inoculate the ashe stump with mushrooms because I'm sure you should be able to just drill a few holes and pack it with what's in a mushroom growing kit and maybe cap it with some wax you've got a in/probably better behind camp food source. personally I'd be encouraging as many wild edibles to settle into your woodland by taking a few cutting and moving them in

Paused at 8. 5 mins to think about the roof. Maybe something similar to the roundhouse roof, long logs at a steep angle, buried in the ground outside the walls, meeting at a high central point, grouped with a hazel ring at the top, made rigid by purlins at appropriate intervals, and thatched. Maybe, like you said, not 360 coverage, 180 or so.
A statement.

it may rain often there. but enjoy it. I live in the desert SW of the US. I can count on one hand the # of days of rain we get. trees. you're lucky if they get to the thickness of your arm. say nothing of the beautiful ash you have played with. and green leaves. very few. even grass is rare. Cactus's mostly.

Little tip for you with the Aeropress - Put the plunger in about 1cm, turn it upside down and add the coffee and water, screw the top on and let it brew then put the cup on (upside down) and flip it. You get all the water in the brew rather than it dripping out. Great video as always.

Been a while since you built the old camp. I am really excited for this series.
As for the roof: you could try to cover the whole diameter with a dome. And since i got quite impressed with your fence, you could make it an overgrown or even a living one as well

I don't know if it would be more work, but could you roof the two sides separately, with a space right down the middle for the fire and the ash stump? Rather than covering it. That way it can grow all sorts of lovely things on it through the summer.
