Just after I left university in the early 70's my friend and I flew to Athens and hired a car. We spent a month travelling all over mainland Greece as well as some of the larger islands. I recall staying at boarding houses for next to nothing and eating at small roadside restaurants where they cooked their food in clay ovens. Mykonos I found to be, even then, very crowded and the only reason to visit was to catch a ferry to Delos. One of the main things I remember was how friendly and welcoming the Greek people were. Thank you for the many happy memories this brought back to me.

Bill & Coo; well that is a very interesting and um. curious name for a resort. Were the resort founders a couple named Bill & Coo
That is an absolutely gorgeous sunset on the horizon there at the original B&C location with some very cool lighting in the pool.
But anyway, definitely looking forward to that upcoming Botswana resort and seeing some more wildlife, including the big cats.

This looks like the kind of place you might come to when you want a vacation with a lighter itinerary, and more relaxation. Suite looks maybe a touch small, but very comfortable, with a nice terrace. I like the vibe - and the food, at least by appearance - at Beefbar (I always enjoy that well-shaded, outdoor atmosphere.
Next week - LTE's back on Safari!

Why isn't there beach access from your basic room Seems you have to go through the pool to get down to the beach!

Bathroom without doors. Pool is small. It is better to come to dinner and breakfast well-fed. The amount of food is to look at, not to eat. Entrance to the sea - stones and seaweed. There are much better places in Greece.

I understand we have the Carribean, South Pacific and Maldives. In my opinion, the Mediterranean region is the best for overall experience. LTE, any plans on visiting Aman in Bodrum, Turkey Happy New Year.

Beautifully filmed video. This hotel seems like a 3 star property, which is fine. But for $1, 000 USD per night I would expect more. The minimalists look makes it look like and repurposed Apartment complex.
