Not impressed by this new product line and it certainly does not deserve to be called a game changer. The new collours in economy look like vomit. The business class. 2-3-2 and the overuse of that fake wood. enough said. And the 1st class idk it looks so bland and dull, economy suddenly has these vibrant collour, business the overuse of wood and 1st class. just boring where is the collour. It just reminds me of a waiting room in a hospital(the product itself looks great just the collour doesnt seem to fit)

3-4-3 in Economy? A new industry standard? A new low in the aviation history They should be ashamed of themselves to put passengers in a coffin. I would never consider flying Emirates in Business, terrible layout 2-3-2 as privacy is a huge issue Not everyone can fork out for First Class or collect the miles which is now difficult to earn because most programs now are dollar based. Why would you spend 1000 just to earn 2500 miles from LAX-JFK on AA/UA/DL where you can buy it for 300

I find it very disappointing that their business class includes the 3rd seat in the centre configuration. I've seen airlines like Virgin Australia, who have a very good business class product, remove this seat so the configuration is now 2-2-2, so I'm very surprised that Emirates are still putting it in. So I'm not wowed by their business class but certainly the first class is looking way above other airlines. The comfort in those seats looks pretty nice

The new business class in Emirates - OMG No direct isle for each seat? Moreover 2-3-2 seat configuration? Big step back to 20th century, dear management I think, it is a shame for 4 airline as Emirates which would like to be 5. They bet on rebuilding the first class cabin and try to make promotions as big step for comfort. They forget for other classes, especially a lucrative segment of business class. For me - a big regret

Well, Emirates won't find me booking Buss Class ticket with 2-3-2 arrangement Had one BAD flight last year to Sydney feeling like lying in a coffin with my feet stuck in shoebox on their 380. Amazing 20-30 years ago Flying Buss Class Austrian Air you felt Mr Sombody with WIDE seats and super service - VINE Tasting at 30. 000 feet and more. Mistake- BIG MISTAKE wonder who said that?

I'm very sorry to say that I found it awfull. You seem to be packed in small boxes. It must be like traveling allways inside a cupbord. And if the plane crashes. those people will probably be stuck inside, with no free space to leave. What happened to those first, executive and business class with a sense of open space and luxury. All the seats remiended me of coffins

yes, those speeches, tho. & it would help if, for instance, when he's talking about those sliding doors, to have an ACTUAL MOVING VIDEO IMAGE of said, sliding doors behind him. rather than such a bland & boring still image as the chosen (why) backdrop. a presentation like that would make the in-person audience less bored and ancy. but only imho, i guess.

I kinda get the 2-3-2 layout. It's not 1st class, it's business so, y'know, pay more if you want a guaranteed aisle seat. Book your seat online, and the last minute people get stuck in the middle. As is customary in cattle class. Even if you are sitting up, you still have to navigate your way out of a middle seat. Stand up and step over. Try not to step on.

Horrible on every level. Both first and business are pure tack. and sorry, but first class without the possibility of buddy seat dining? Really? NEXT. and the business layout is appalling. If I am paying a premium price, I'd rather pay for understated comfort than something that looks good like a glitzy Turkish brothel designed for Instagram likes.
