I became a big Infiniti fan when my family got our 2007 Infiniti M35x. The car has absolutely earned its place of honor in my household The thing has 268, 000 miles on it now It just refuses to die. We decided to add another Infiniti to our stable and got a 2018 Q50 Hybrid and I can see that Infiniti is no longer what it used to be. I find the car to be much less refined and not built to the same level of the M35x. I'm also reading about numerous CVT issues on the QX60, Serpentine Belt Issues on the 3. 0TT Q50 and Q60, among a general lack of reliability. I'm not sure what when wrong I could blame Carlos Ghosn. He was the one that implemented so much Renault into Nissan and authorized the cost cutting. But then, there was Johan de Nysschen who truly ruins anything he touches. Sure, he helped Audi out of a rut, but look at the Audi lineup. I can't tell an A3 from an A6 from an A8 from a Passat And then, the decides to come to Infiniti and louse things up. Q this and QX that. WHY? What was wrong with iconic nomenclature of G and M and FX Really messed things up with the direction of Infiniti too. While I think Direct Adaptive Steering is cool, it really sucks. And there really was no effort made to distinguish the JX/QX60 from a Nissan Pathfinder I used to be a big Infiniti fan. but I'm afraid they are dead to me, unless they can (a) make a comfortable, quiet, convienent, but also sporty sports sedan with impeccable reliability like my M35x or Lexus RX450h, or (b) make an electric car that is capable of coming close to my Tesla Model 3 Performance (doubt either of those will happen.

So this was really just a review on the junk Infiniti infortainment. Eh. What a sad brand. Genesis has already taken there place with way better products. Infiniti specialty now is CVT junk or a clunky 7 speed auto. Infiniti needs to go away. No longer reliable and charming

Older school? Great vid and finally infiniti is going in the right direction with their infotainment, it shouldve been like this since 2016 easily. Also like they got rid of their 4 cylinder. As a previous G owner, I would not get a new Infiniti until now.

A luxury brand, even if it's on the bargain end of the spectrum, cannot compete in that arena with an all CVT line-up. They cannot offer the type of driving experience people have come to expect at that price-point, and will fail miserably as a result.

The
Nissan/Infiniti sales are tanking. Nissan alone has lost about 15% of their business over the. last 2 yearsIf Infiniti doesn't start moving some iron, I don't think they'll be around 5-7 years from nowIt's shakin time

Whats really crazy to me is that the original redesign of biggest QX looked ugly imo with its bulbous front end but now it looks so beautiful after a few refreshes. It seriously looks stunning now

I feel like Infiniti and Acura are racing to the extinction. Infiniti seems to be ahead in this race however. these two brands interior designs still stuck in the last decade.

Actually laughed when the camera switched to a view of the interiors at 1: 30. It's hard to make new dual screens look ancient and crusty, but they stepped up to the challenge.

They really need to update that interior, and have more rebates/discounts, aint their sales the worse of all the other brands or one of the worst
