This CANT BE YOUR FIRST 3. 6 Chysler.
Youre gonna learrn to love these.
I know you can see my edit.
Also, the mice love that foam insert.
Either ditch it or spray it down with liquid dryer softener. They hate it. I work fleet vehickes where vehicles can sit 6 to 8 months in a field. We used to always have wiring issues as they made homes in stagnant iron. They hate whatever is in dryer sheets. I line all my own cabin air filters with Bounce sheets. No shit. Works.

A thought when you're using your scraper if you hold your vacuum close to the edge of the scraper as you're scraping gaskets or like you were doing cleaning them bosses the vacuum of suck up the loose stuff that's how I do it I have a dedicated vacuum. for as like you said the trash a bit but I also use the vacuum when I am using brake cleaner as I hold it down there and as it's spring and everything out of it it sucks it up the oil and everything else anyway just FYI Jennifer

I always take the rear bracket off. It is only one bolt and it is a lot easier to get to. If it was just the oil pressure sender and you are lucky enough to have a transverse mounted engine you can sneak it out the end, behind the battery, without removing the intake. If you do it this way, you will appreciate the pressure sender plug not having a lock.

Haha! Just done one of these for a friend of mine. Didn't want to mess with the throttle body so I took the upper manifold off and just sat it off to the right side. Luckily the upper and lower gaskets are both on the lower plenum. Wish I had known this video was coming thou. It was leaking both oil and coolant and causing overheating. Good vid Mr. O.

As a tech at a large municipality that unfortunately has a large fleet of charger squads. just at my shop alone we go through around 40-50 oil filter housings a month.
I have a lot more horror stories about good ol' dodge but not here.
What a waste of a once proud American car company.

I've been turning wrenches for 47 years. Never could use those nitrile gloves. Makes my hands to sweaty and hot. Gloves are easily nicked creating holes. Then try using your wash tank. Gloves fill up with spirits. And last but not least. I got to feel what I doing. Gloves restrict that.

If I had to suffer to own one of these piles I'd find a way replace that intake resonator / surge tank ) thing sitting on the rear valve cover with some kind of ebay ricer piping nonsense. Just because it's so ridiculous to try and remove and install FFS. Someone wasn't thinking.

They Make special piers for those clamps, I once had a pair when I was doing Appliance repair 45 years ago. In plastic, when installing screws, I always twist them backward until they click, I have done that for 45 years also.
