i am really big petrol head bmw lover but this Tesla cars are not bad. for a daily it is perfect only if they fix the noise problem. i really dont want to get hit in the ass by half asleep tesla driver: ) i have driven one or two hybrid cars and it is very strange to drive a car that does not make any noise under 50km/h. strange and little scary for pedestrians i think: ) p. s. the worst thing of that user friendly vehicles like tesla and most modern cars is that they can get very fast very easy but after that what do you do? do you think everybody can handle these speeds? the average daily driver is not so. hmmm. qualified hahaha to hadle this performance. hell, i dont want my daily compact car to be as fast like Ferrari: )

Everybody seems to be going on about how you need a fully charged Tesla to make it go faster that is nonsense even if the battery is only 50% charged you're still going to get the exact amount of power you need to the engines to do what is required you don't get more power to the wheels because you've got more charge in the battery that doesn't make any sense you get 100% of the power required whether the battery is fully charged or half charged or quarter charged, think about it same as if you've got batteries in your Walkman it doesn't make the Walkman go faster because its fully charged all it does is make it last longer no faster

Two cars that I absolutely love.
Personally, if I had both cars, I probably wouldn't have done the test because I already know that both cars are winners.
Now, for something totally different, do a 0 to 60 test between a Tesla semi and a Kenworth fitted with a 550 hp (or more powerful) Caterpillar C15, both at 80, 000 pounds.
Also test both for the ability to maintain speed up a 5% grade.
I know that testing semis is a bit out of the ordinary, but it's something that I'd really like to see.

How do people consider a tesla to be a usual -family sedan-. Cars with over 600hp can never be a real family sedan. Also funny how tesla boys argue both ways. Tesla loses -its a family sedan-, Tesla wins - sports car loses against family sedan-. How is any car supposed to -win- against teslas if a lose of a GTR is embarassing and a win is nothing special, because tesla is a -family sedan-?

The Model S has 825HP with 90% of the HP on the street and 1, 300nm. make the math Dude. and by the way, the 1/4mi is under 11, the 0-60 it is impossible to stay above 2, 6sec! You need 1, 200Hp with an computing car to keep up, alternative the old Porsche 918.

You know, it's cool and all, but the reality is about ludicrous mode is that it's a $40, 000 gimmick used to impress fanboys that is only useful in 1/4 mile drag races. It undermines the other aspects of an otherwise great car, and I don't know why they did it.

Whoever loves Tesla is a loser.
This is because you don-t understand that electric engines are horrible. The GT-R is overrated but it-s still a gas powered car. What a car should be, it should make noise not make you sleep when your on the highway

The thing is you didnt do the drag(GTR wouldve won) making it 3-3 And besides the Nismo GTR is lots faster than the normal one
I think it was unfair that nissan was stock and tesla had ludicrous+ on it (an additional extra)

You need to take an average, not one. Also you can literally see fog (i. e. water) suspended in the air. How that makes for a dry track is beyond me. Must be an English thing, you think anything other than rain = dry -
