This is the Mercedes-AMG A35! The sportier brother to last years all-new A-Class is designed to be a class-leading hot hatch that you can live with on a daily basis. It-s taking on established names such as the Golf R and Civic Type R, and there-s no denying that it looks like it has the ability to compete when it comes to the exterior looks! But with such a high price tag, is it really worth it? Stick with Mat in his latest review to find out!

Of course it's not worth 35k. No car is ever really worth that kind of money. You may -WANT- anything, but you will never really -NEED- anything that costs more than maybe like 25k, brand new. The car prices have gone absolutely insane over the past 10 years, and we consumers are to blame for this. We need to just learn to distinguish between our conditioned wants vs our real needs and stop trying to live above our means + impress people who don't care about us.

Got an A35 premium in white with the aero pack and night package, and I must say it is absolutely rubbish, rattles from everywhere that dealers can never fix, and engine management problems occur nearly every month, and the front tyres skip across the road when turning a tight bend, just thought that it-s time to give an honest opinion on my own experience, in fact the way I feel about the car I-d be perfectly happy to have it written off, it-s that bad.

I love AMG-s even when I was very young (thanks to my dad) but ever since they made theses smaller engine AMG-s I feel like they-re made for one purpose, to get rich spoilt teenager to like them, so there parents get them one. Before you all moan yes my dad has had some AMG-s and I have driven them! but I buy my own cars thank you.

I-d trade. 3 seconds for a manual in every car option. I B love shifting. However i see it clearly limits my option. That-s the only downfall. I really do not care about city stop start traffic and a clutch. I wouldn-t have the trouble to pass in a manual to just want automatic. What-s the point in that?

Hi, I have this a35 too. I have one question. When your camera was on the speed display when you were accelerating you could see the visuals from yellow to red telling you when to shift up. I never see that but I do see the -blocks-. Does that only happen when you put it in manual mode?

We have 2019 a35 amg from new - no impact or accident and just 16k miles. Last Saturday the alloy completely broke away from rim. Mercedes saying it is up to us to pay for all repairs and taking no responsibility.

Logic of rich people: Buy Lambo for 400. 000$ to get 0-60 -4. 2secs -
Mid class/range people: To get 0-60 in 4. 2 seconds buy a second hand AMG at 30. 000$ and have the same feeling.
