It's a great car no doubt but I'm the kind of guy who'd rather buy an used A8 W12 (D5, I'd pay less, it'd be more comfortable and I don't really care for sporty driving in a 2. 5+ tonne luxury sedan, and I'd have 12-cylinders, I think it has even more power so I wouldn't be surprised if S8 and A8 W12 are equally quick from a red light to the next red light, and it's basically new so it should still be under official insurance

This is a car you lease for 36 months and then run the hell away from it as fast as you can before it turns into an endless money pit! Seriously, all of quirks and features don't add up to 140K! Most of them are just cheap gimmicks meant to turn heads and get rich folks with fragile egos to hand over their wallets.

I m not gonna lie, the technology in this car would seriously make me choose this over a Bentley or Rolls. Those cars always seem to get the previous years tech of whatever company owns them. The A/S 8 truly feels like a top of line flagship. I don t care about lighted ceilings and purple stitching.

what do they call it nowadays? planned obsolesce? its a shame how the luxury segment has morphed into unnecessary tech party tricks. The cars of yesteryear only needed to have comfy seats, a nice ride, good horsepower, and a nice design to separate themselves from the rest of the average joe cars

Dr Evil: I have one simple request. and that is to have an Audi with frickin' lasers attached to the headlights! Now, evidently my cycloptic colleague informs me that that can't be done. Now, you can remind me what I pay you people for? Honestly, throw me a bone here.

I dont like this version at all. It looks like a passat with 120k put into it. Bad direction they took this car in. I like the previous models much better. Look at all the gimmicks that are going go break in 6 years when the warranty runs out in planned obsolescence.

4: 03 it is a nice thought but it should've been able to raise itself much quicker once the door is open or is about to be opened. I don't think most people just stand there for 2 seconds with the door ajar before getting into their vehicles
