2022 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS review! Today I'm reviewing the 911 GTS, and I'm going to show you all the quirks and features of the new 911 GTS -- which is an excellent midpoint in the 911 model range. I'll also review the driving experience of the new Porsche 911 GTS, and let you know what it's like behind the wheel.

This GTS is all but the sweet spot of the 911 range. it's ugly, it doesn't have nothing mechanical special stuff besides the breaks and it's expensive for what it offers. more than 7, 000 dollars for a tuned engine is nonsense. All that black and clear tail lights looks just awful. If they fitted a 4. 0 liter N/A engine as in the 718 it would be some greatness but this trim is just dumb. good review Doug but the car is a waste of money.

Thank you for mentioning early on in the video that it comes with an optional 7 speed manual. I was starting to get anxiety. Got bless every soul who orders this Porsche 992 with the 3 pedals & true manual transmission.
These days I don't drive an enthusiast car anymore, My daily driver is a 2016 Jeep Renegade 4x4 with locking differential -BUT- I bought it mainly because it had a 6 speed manual & fun little turbo 1. 4

Maybe I'm getting too old. But if I'm going to purchase a Porsche, it has to have at least two features. Manual transmission, you know, using the stick and analog gages. Otherwise, what's the point. Meaning that in the last 5-10 years, anyone could drive a Porsche without any type of experience on how to conduct an actual sports car. The cars nowadays drives you rather than you driving the vehicle.

I remember when Porsche made exciting sports cars for people under 60.
This Porsche probably comes with a Viagra dispenser and a stash of Depends undergarments.
Great way to let everyone at the retirement home know you've cashed in your savings bonds and your Magnum P. I. outfit is back in action.

The package stuff are getting really confusing like, for what reason is rear axle steering included in the lightweight package other than baiting you to get it, but I can't say I disliked anything other than that and maybe the ever-dominating PRND weirdness. Great review as always

I've driven a 992 C4S last year with some of the items of the GTS (which made it really expensive, btw) and I really think that the GTS is a good deal. But. I'd rather choose a more standard (manual) Carrera 2 which is a lot less expensive and not slow by any means.

Love the 911 GTS but I imagine this still falls well short I d the excitement with a GT3. The 991 GTS was no where near the 991 GT3. If it s mostly daily driven the GTS makes sense but the GT3 still is the king for track driving and driving engagement

The gt3 is just a way better car. I don t know why you would buy a 911 if you didn t want it to look really bad ass like a gt3 does. Who doesn t want a giant wing on their already expensive ass Porsche? This car is redundant.

These 911s are beautiful cars but i think I'd still take an Audi rs3 for 70k with another 70k in mods you'll probably be pushin 800 hp and still have AC, TRC showed one with 1300 hp and still had ac with all 4 seats

Car enthusiasts have for as long as I can remember put front & centre the 0 to 60 stat.
Now that electric cars can do that at a fraction of the cost they don't put this stat to the fore anymore.
