I love the Taycan line and especially the wagons. They're not as practical as the wagons I'm shopping for. Big guys, big bikes and I like to toss them in. A Tesla Model S, same length and width, is WAY bigger and can hang with big wagons actually being a large hatchback. I don't NEED an electric car and it actually can't get me to some places I want to roadtrip to. Also, there are no other wagon options really. So I'm leaning towards Jag XF Sportbrake despite the somewhat boring engines and needing every single option to have it feel like a 21st century car in terms of equipment. Merc E estates are the same size but a bit common. Same for BMW 5 Touring. I can't tell those apart even. Volvo discontinued the wagons. Skoda Superb is biggest but looks. meh. VW Passat is kinda OK. Skoda Oktavia or VW Golf or Ford Focus too common. Ford Mondeo disconitued. SUVs tend to be too short to be useful as a wagon or crazy huge. And forget a flat floor. VW Arteon is a bit small. Panamera SportTurismo roomier than Taycan, but pricey and still not super bike friendly. Sigh.

I've seen both the roof becomes frosted and the roof tints darker while remaining transparent - I want both. I want to be able to both frost the roof like this (especially like this does, in stages, but like Doug says, you should be able to frost the back and leave the front transparent) AND tint, as separate controls. On a bright day, I might want it dimmed/tinted, but still see-through, while at night when it's raining, I may want it frosted so I don't have to watch the drops hitting, but not dimmed/tinted, so light still comes in.

Doug, you know as well as I do that some dealers are great and some suck. Why don t you do independent reviews of dealerships and compare them and give them Doug scores. Our Toyota dealer in Beckley WV converted a huge area into a kids area with an indoor jungle gym, couches and TVs, free arcade games, video game consoles, picnic tables, a mini play house, and a regulation ping pong table. Knowing that my wife would be taking our van in for service and our kids could play, it was a no brainer.

Lots of reviewers complain about vents being adjusted through a screen being technology overkill but nobody mentions that by doing this they're often tied to driver profiles! You can share the car with someone else and every time you get in the car, the vents automatically move back exactly where you like them.

My uncle used to have this old Volvo V70 tuned up to 227 horsepower he said and now it is just rotting in his garage behind his house.
It's so sad because m brother wanted to keep it.

I miss our Volkswagen Jetta TDI stationwagon. The turbo died on the car so I sold it to my IT teacher, who loves working on cars. He still doesn't have the turbo part of the engine yet after a year of waiting.

I did a double-take when he opened the charge door and saw only the L2 charge port and no DC terminals. Is DC fast charge not a base option on the Taycan models? Does Porsche make you pay extra for that!

The styling has been ruined. A once sleek car now has a sleek front and a bloated rear. Both ends look nice, but not together. Should be a different car model without the taycan front
