I almost bought one of these I live in NJ, and, they are perfectly legal to drive on the street here, too. It has all the necessary lights, it has tires, instead of tracks, and, it's small enough to fit in your garage. A Ferret is a really good starting vehicle for anyone who wants to start an AFV collection.

Those grenade launchers are for smoke grenades, not high-explosive grenades most people would think of when you say that. They are to obscure the vehicle while it accelerates to 50 mph in reverse after encountering enemy tanks.
