Don't buy volvo Really bad service, since the company bought by Chainees the quality is terrible. Here is my experience: I bought last year Volvo XC90 from Volvo Selekt in Germany, a car 2 years old with 70, 000 km According to volvo they run 120 tests on the car and give additional one year warranty through CarGarantie In 8 month I have the car, following issues: 1. First week AC not cooling, need to refill Freon gas, not covered by warranty 300 How they didn't find it n 120 tests. Don't know 2. After a month turbo pipe explode, I'm stuck and need to tow the car. Again warranty not cover pipes and hoses. 600 3. Now check engine light, DPF ( diesel particular) gone and the car is smoking black Again warranty not cover, why? Have no idea 1500 Never buy Volvo

Seriously Doug you confuse me. You will point out design/fetures of a vehicle from a company moving up market/selling a new lux model in the US then low key diss it, with your brand loyalty, as you often question the price of a vehicle based on its name plate rather than its quality and performance. In my opinion, Volvo xc90 and Jaguar's Xj interior's stomp Germany and easily kick japans luxury offerings in the nuts. I would never buy a BMW, Audi, Merc or Lexus for its interior they're lame. I'd buy a BMW or Audi for their performance and a Merc or Lexus for exterior appearance. But honestly that xc90 (in general) is the business in both exterior and interior visual appeal and the engines aint bad either.

I like Doug but he sounds so dismissive of any brand that's not an Italian or German luxury brand. I think spending 100K for a SUV is outlandish but this Volvo is no different than a Mercedes, BMW, or Maserati SUV. Doug is just too quick to dismiss when luxury brands like Volvo, Lexus, Acura do exactly what the BMWS, Porsches, Mercedes', Ferraris, Rolls Royce and the likes do.

every time he says Volvo its with a voice that makes you feel like Volve has some shitty cars and this is some sort of 1st attempt of doing something like this. While Volvo has always has been that company that puts comfort and security on top priority and its no suprise they have come up with this version. Just google how many awards for safety the XC90 has won

Sooooooooo. I actually like Volvo. But this trim is the worst waste of money I have seen in awhile. I dont think these features should be in this vehicle. They should have a flagship luxury SUV. I know this is an SUV but this a traditional Volvo model that have a lot of features that seem just thrown in. Like Doug said, I would own this vehicle out of Warranty

I Like my volvo. but their features are not worth 100 stacks Truthfully My toyota Prius has a better stereo, infotainment and lower maintenance than my momentum series 90. Also better reverse camera. volvo nickel and dimes you on features. also the ride quality is rough. my ford f350 has a better ride than lightly worn xc90 low profile tires.

Doug, really? Comment in a Volvo. Volvo happends to be the safest car in the world in case of crashing. Even more Volvo is of better quality then whatever other us car. It can be easily compared to Toyota or Mercedes. Volvo isn't creates for fast driving like BMW or whatsoever, instead it is of royal quality and reliability.

Take away the gimmicky unnecessary things and give the option of a 4 seat model of this car with the center console I'd get it. There is a ton of shit on this card I'd never need but I have liked cars with center console that runs the length of the car for many years. That shifter sucks, it looks good but sucks

It makes perfect sense for high profile people to be chauffeured around in a Volvo. It's an understated luxury brand that doesn't stick out, and this model is exceptionally comfortable and capable. People of old money generally don't buy the flashiest cars, that's for the newly-rich.
