Hyundai Just Changed the Game Truman R Hebdon: Hey Scotty Big fan of your videos and advice. I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE and looked in the owners manual and only found the oil change interval. It is every 10, 000 miles or 12 months, its the 0W-20 oil. Is that a ok interval? Also I couldn't find anything else on when to change the brake fluid, CVT automatic transmission fluid, and when to change the coolant. From what I've seen online the average is replacing them every 60, 000 miles. I would like to know if that's ok or if you would recommend something diffrent. Want my Toyota to last as long as possible

Most every chemical compound is an acid, so paint is an acid, batteries are positive because you invert an acid to relative ground with a diode rectifier. So the have an alligator clip to a battery positive terminal to the painted piece and just use the electrons out of the wall to charge the powder electrostatic ally. Piston rings are the most interesting design because the slip a little, but total slippage is upwards of 5000psi at 2500rpms, virtually constant at normal torque, just like a grease gun, but the area of the ring is ultrasonic ally closed by convection geometry.

300 mile range isn't enough to sell me on one. This is why. I've driven close to 300 miles one way and used about half a tank on a 2001 Saturn SL2 on the highway. I could get similar results with other economy sedans with a I4 engine. This means the car would be able to go 600 or more miles on a single tank of 13 gallons if you keep driving on the highway. This is also on Chevron regular fuel. I won't get an electric for any reason unless it's a hybrid and the range is upwards of 600 under the same conditions. I'm not on board with the electric cars for certain reasons.

Don't waste your money and precious life on these Korean or Japanese road cloggersYou should test drive a safe car like a Volvo and see the difference. For 30 years I drove Highlanders, Camry's and Prius, great but unsafe and uncomfortable cars. Didnt realize how unsafe they are until I drove my 2013 highlander limited from Sacramento to Arizona and when I got to mountains, high winds was just swaying my car like butterfly. My Sisters Volvo XC60 drove like a champ due to its heavy weight. no more Toyotas or Hyundai's.

I got a sidewall puncture on my tyre recently, I have a full sized spare, my front tyres was close to needing replacing so I got a can of tyre sealant (for ease of mind) and run on the spare for 3000 miles and replaced the front tyres together (I prefer to replace tyres in pairs. You could tell that the wheels was a slightly different weight (the spare is steel and the standard rims are alloy, it wasn't a massive issue but you could tell that the unsprung weight was slightly different.

I have a 2004 Lincoln Town Car Ultimate. My grandma gave it to me about 2 years ago when she got a newer car. It just rolled over 93, 000 miles (she only drove it to and from work for a long time. But Ive had to replace 3 spark plugs that blew out. And this wasnt a simple switch, the cylinders got stripped and I had to get the engine drilled and bunged to get those fixed. All that happened within the span of about a year. Is something like that an indicator to get a new car?

Jay Leno said it best. people born today will never drive a car that has an internal combustion engine. The new batteries that are solid state will change not only cars, but will also end the utility companies. who many are now going bankrupt because their customers are moving to solar. The problem with solar is energy storage. but because of new battery technology, that problem will be solved and the telephone poles and power lines will be just another part of history.

The Koreans will soon LEAD the EV market. Hyundai/Kia EVs sell very well in Europe. Korean EV suppliers are increasing their manufacturing presence in the US. LG Chem has agreed to supply batteries for GM EVs and LG Chem is building ANOTHER battery factory in Lordstown OH. SK Innovation is building a EV battery plant in GA that will soon supply to Hyundai/Kia, Mercedes, and Volkswagen. Samsung SDI America is building an EV battery plant in MI.

I had a 2011 Hyundai Elantra that I loved. But some person who had a lead foot blew through a stop sign and hit me and destroyed my car. I survived with relatively minor injuries because of how well the car was engineered for safety. When I got the proceeds from my insurance, I got a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I dont think I would want anything else but another Hyundai after my experience with them. I used to be sold on Chevy but I got over it.

I guarantee the Kona EV or whatever it will be called when sold in North America will not be 15 grand. It will be at least 40k, if not more. I know you never actually said it was that car that was 15k. competition is good, however prices of that car will be relatively the same as any of EV of the same class. Prices will not drop for a new one. It really is sad. Combustion vehicles are old as hell yet they still cost WAY to much.
