I Finally Modified My Lexus (Best Car Mod) Michael: Thank you for the video. I didn't realize there was a Android option for Lexus plus the new plastic part. My 2004 ES330 has a Mark Levinson stereo system. It never has worked correctly. I had the amp rebuilt twice, once I paid 700 then sent back under warranty. The company wouldn't cover it anymore. haven't had a working radio in the car for 5 years.

People also need to do their research on the navigation for the unit they are purchasing if that is a feature they are interested in. Some of the units have free updates to the navigation maps and some you have to pay for. Some will give you X number of free maps per year and others are unlimited. For example Pioneer head units use maps from Here and you only get free updates for the first 45 days and then you have to take the unit to an authorized dealer and pay for map updates. While the Kenwood units use Garmin and you can update directly from a USB stick or memory card.

Hey Scotty, looking to change the stereo in a 2012 Hyundia Elantra Touring (wagon) the back of the stereo has an output to an amp. this is causing an issue when searching for the adapter. Any advice for the cars that have stock amps? Thanks for fixing my Idle with MAF cleaner. Thanks for fixing my windows with silicon spray: )

Scotty, I completely agree. I have a 2009 Lexus ES 350 and upgraded my car with a Pioneer apple car play stereo. It has been the best upgrade I could think of. In fact there are still a few models that Lexus and Toyota sell that still dont have apple car play and thats brand new. Great video Thank you for your insight

That is really sweet, what you did there Scotty. I have an old casette radio. Always wanted to open up that thing and solder a bluetooth-adapter inside and leave the rest stock. Never got around to do it. I guess, it depends on the car's interiour design.

Guys PSA: ::: :: Scotty is setting yall up for disaster this aint as easy as hes making it. Backup cameras are easier then half this nonsense I put one in for 49. 99 all it takes is a feed from the rubber moldings in the doors

Scotty, I have a 97 Honda Accord SE that creaks on lightly unlevel road. What could it be? PS. My glovebox has a damper that doesnt work. It seems like a simple piece but I cant figure out how to fix it.

I have done this a few times and it is easy. I need to drop one in my kid's 4Runner next with a backup camera. In mine I also added a front camera, great for watching out for ball hitches.
