Heres Why the 2015 Nissan GT-R is Still Worth 80, 000 greg black: I have a 91 geo that i have modified. May be good for this video. I engine swapped a Toyota Tercel motor with a slam shift 3 speed auto. I have a wing on back off a GTI and a scoop cut out off a 76 trans am. I hooked up the scoop with dryer hose to the 1 barrel carb. I upped the jets in carb to the same as a Holley 650. I have gold painted race rims. I have not drag raced yet but expecting to run in the 11 minute time. I am available to photo on the weekends. You can see me and my car in the Jan issue of vape times mag.

Not all Nissan dealers can sell/service a GTR. The parts are not interchangeable, the tech has to be trained in GTR service (ours went to Japan) and certified. The parts dept has to carry GTR parts. This car is a real world class car but it comes at a step price. The price is high, the mandatory maint is sky high and full coverage insurance is out of sight. If you have to ask how much on any of this. you cant afford it.

As a corvette owner, the gtr has just never excited me. The smaller engine makes me yawn, the rice-a-roni exhaust note buts me to sleep, and the whiny geeks who love comparing base vettes to turboed gtrs but never wanna talk about a turboed vette up against a gtr irritate me. The gtr is a nissan. Sure its a top tier nissan. But thats like being the best player at the special Olympics.

I got mines for 24k at auction was a bit beat since it was a recovered insurance vehicle but spent another 10k and now I have a 34k GTR and best of all the damage was cosmetic nothing major just a few dings here and there I got lucky as Engine, Transmission and electronics were all in great shape oh and since it wasnt involved in any collision the cars title is clean no salvage here

This is one of my dream cars. I dont really make enough money to buy one so the next best thing is my 05 AltimA with 4 cylinder engine and 140, 000 miles. I keep mine in pretty good shape because I used to make my living as a truck mechanic. If anything goes wrong w it I fix it right away.

This and the Audi R8 are my favorite cars next to the mustang bullit and the 429 boss all great cars in my opinion. if I could afford full coverage and bumper to bumper warranty and collision. If I had the money to get the cars I wouldnt have much of an excuse to save a buck at that point

My 122hp Versa S hatchback has way more torque for peeling out than my Corolla S at 138hp. I love Toyotas, but I guess their transmissions are made to last not speed. My Tacoma lags torque tooo when it comes to the accelerator pedal. Wish Toyota made more responsive transmissions

I sure hope your annual gross pay is above 180k spending that kind of money on yourself on a car and having a kid. as a foster parent Ive seen so many folks popping out kids, my father included, while selfishly spending most of the familys discretionary income on themselves.
