I bought a 2009 Nissan frontier RWD King Cab with the 2. 5 liter 4-cylinder & 5-speed manual with 165, 000 miles for 5500 in May 2020 when I needed a new beater work truck. I settled on this Nissan when I couldn't find a Toyota Tacoma for a decent price. In the 3-1/2 months I've had it, I put another 6000 miles on it. I can tell you first it's no rocket ship with that 4 cylinder, and the body integrity is not what a comparable Tacoma would have. I don't expect to get more than a couple of years service out of it, nothing compares to the Toyota for overall build quality.

Scotty, I have a 1989 Ford F-150 with only 86, 000 miles. Those are the true original miles. My dad bought it new and it was garage kept. When he passes away in 2005 there was only 43, 000 miles on the truck. Runs great. I just put a new dual exhaust on it. My name is David Cope and my number is 937-998-7620. I am getting to that age where I don't like getting out much. Know anyone who might be interested in a great running truck?

The neighbor kid has a previous-generation Ranger. He's had many issues with it. I'd suggested he get a Tacoma, but he got the ranger instead. By the way, have you priced a new Frontier? They could've been had for several thousand less than what they want for them now I mean Tacoma money. The Navarro (next-gen Frontier) should be available to us in 2021. People seem to like it.

I have a Nissan Murano 2006 witch 151000 mils & works perfectly fine, its have a stock automatic transmission & engine. I Drive my car extremely hard. I living in Sweden. I work as a paperboy and delivery the paper from the car to each mailbox, around 350 stop & start 6 night each week. I do Service 2 times each year on the car & i hade the car from 2013 to now.

Hello Mr Scotty what do you think about the Diesel engine that the Nissan Frontier has the dci 2. 5? It s a Renault engine and I think it s very good because my friend has one of this trucks in Greece and he didn t had any problems, what is your opinion on these dci Renault engines that have a turbo? I bought a '17 Nissan Frontier with 15K miles for 19K. The same year Tacoma's were going for 26K. My truck is still under warranty. I traded my '96 Dodge Ram 2500 that had 86K miles. Dash was cracked and the paint was peeling off. It also had an intermittent miss and use 3 quarts of oil between changes.

Had 2003 Ford Ranger for 5 years. Then Ranger went to Car Heaven. Was thinking between the Tacoma and Frontier. As an apprentice Shipwright. i dont really have nor make huge cash, so I ended up getting the 2018 Nissan Frontier and I love it. Simple, reliable and inexpensive.

Hey Scotty. i was able to buy a 1992 Acura Legend 4 door sedan for 1500 with a 137, 000 miles on the odometer. i spent around 2000 on the car for maintenance purposes and I consider it to be in pretty good condition. what are your thoughts. is it a good car to have?

I got a JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. 2015 3. 6 V6. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. when come to a stop or when parked it kind of shakes. Took it to the mechanic, oxygen sensor was replace, got charge 280. Took it home, after 1 hour drive light came up again. Issue still happening.
