Scotty I have a 2004 Toyota Tundra with 6 cylinder 3400 engine. My check engine light has been on constantly for a year. The mechanic I normally take cars to put the scan tool on it and diagnosed it had a miss fire on #2 and 5 cylinder coil. I replaced the coil first with a Duralast coil from Autozone. The check engine light eventually turned off after driving the truck around for a while. But low and behold the check engine light went back on again when I turned on the AC. I had the Autozone sales man apply the scan tool to the truck again and diagnosed the same coil misfiring still. Autozone replaced the coil with another Duralast coil. The check engine light again eventually went out but when again when I use the AC the check engine light turned on again. The Auto Zone Manager got a Densel coil at my request because I wanted the OEM coil. I installed the densel coil and still the check engine light goes on when I use the AC. The mechanic put the scanner on truck and it is diagnosing a misfire on the same cylinders. Do you have any idea what is going on? I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Greentech auto got me NEW Gen 4 batteries2. 1K installed. That changes the hybrid cost. I drive so few miles I got rid of my Prius. I tell people to get a hybrid for 2 lifestyles, 25k miles a year or more driving, or you live out your car. Some are minimalist that want climate controlled sleep, a charge for the laptop, maybe watch a little TV, and shower at the gym. They have a storage unit and can work all over the USA. Prius V for the city car dweller if you think you might need AWD Rav 4 hybrid can be your friend. Toyota wants to sell a shitton of rides build a 2 seater pop up guarantee a million units will sell here. Especially if they design it to route climate control out of the driver area into the sleep area. Not so much to be a competitor with other hybrids more to compete with the rv. Popup roof that can have solar on top. I envision a stock panels slot that can open up to 1500 Watts boondocking only the Rav 4 need as much power as it is most likely to be boondocking in the desert collecting solar.

MG launched in Australia last year with two SUV's and a small sporty hatchback (the MG3) and they are going great guns with the entry level ZS SUV at 22k AUS driveaway (about 15k USD at current exchange rates, but there is a more expensive and bigger MG SUV, the GS, which is over 30k AUS (about 20k USD) and that's closer in size to the Jaguar E Pace that Scotty had in the video. On first impressions the MG's seem pretty well made and the local journos say they drive reasonably well. They also have a 7 year warranty over here and so they are flying out the door, long term we'll see, but that entry SUV (the ZS) is no powerhouse. 1. 5 litre naturally aspirated engine with 84 kW or 1. 0 turbo with 82 kW (- but slightly more torque.

I am debt 30 grand for my degree from Lincoln Tech, I was told with a degree I would be making 50 grand out of school, nope the best was 9 and hour. And seriously fixing cars for a living sucks, you are always dirty and cars are ever changing. The money you make goes right back into insurance and tools. O and then there are the customers who complain about a little sound under the car that you spend all day looking for and not making a dime on flat rate

ppl don't understand that companies cannot make certain cars just to keep the legacy etc. they want. money not legacy. they don't care about legacy. even if they had to stop making certain cars and move to suv. they will move if they had to. companies don't survive on emotions. they not gonna listen to minority users who want real supra etc. toyota. not gonna spend millions for starting new supra frm ground for few buyers

I think the Hot Hatches are making a comeback. VW GTI, Hyundai Veloster N, Kia turbo, Mazda 3 hatchback, Honda Accord 2. 0T, Civic Si, Ford Fiesta T (going away), Focus ST (going away. Even there is a Toyota Corolla hatchback, although it's no torque monster with the same engine as a regular Corolla. They are not sports cars but sporty cars. If you want a sports car, save your money for a Porche 911 or Boxter.

Hey scotty, I recently installed a new cold air intake for my 90 silverado 5. 7L 1500, it's brand is Volant and I'm wondering what filter is better (K&N or Volant) I had a k&n filter on the stock air intake an it was easy to clean and I know it breathed better. Can I even clean the volant filter, if so do I clean it just like the k&n? Big fan by the way keep it up my man.

clearly, you are all-knowing. why have you not told us the good vehicles to buy? Maybe you have but it got lost in all the heinous things you say about every vehicle manufactured. If only the manufacturers had you on staff. they clearly do not know about you. I mean you could put every car manufacturer profitable but for some reason, they are not knocking at your door.

Sports cars cost a lot of money to own these days with high insurance, gas prices, etc. The market for them is small and so the profit is likely not there. Self driving cars are eventually going to take over at which point sports cars will likely be illegal (since the autopilot software will always go the speed limit, what would be the point of the extra horse power)
