Note: This is an older video that I filmed over 10 years ago before I had a tripod. It pales in comparison to the videos I upload now. I decided to post it in case anyone wanted to see it, as I am going through all of my old mini DV tapes currently and importing them to the computer for more permanent storage. So, with that in mind, here is a short clip of Shay number 10 (the biggest narrow gauge shay ever built) running on the Sugar Pine Railroad in 2003. 10 was originally built for the Pickering Lumber Company by the Lima Locomotive Works in 1928 for use on their West Side Lumber Company of Tuolumne, CA. It came to the Sugar Pine Tourist operation in the 1960's.
Look for a new HD video coming next week!
