Why do vegans say that not eating a vegan lifestyle is killing us? Freelee just said she wishes her dad would change his eating lifestyle because it's killing him but is it really? I mean he's still alive. I read about a russian women that was in her 100's and she said a lot of what she was eating and drinking was pork scratchings and vodka lol. I mean there is nothing wrong with not eating meat obviously, but telling people that eat meat that we are essentially killing ourselves is complete bull.

She sounds like she's desperately trying to convert people to a new religion. It's fine by me if you have your beliefs and live by them, but don't try to force them down other people's throat. It must be awful to be a vegan. Not because you don't get to eat meat, but because you believe that all or at least most of your family members, friends and other people around you are killing themselves and destroying the world. Sounds pretty sad and devastating.

Freelee, I personally think your skin was glowing SOOO much more in your old video!
Your genuineness shined through more prevalently in the old video as well.

On a last note, although you are in very good physical condition, I think it wouldn't hurt to shoot a video every so often in normal clothing. It keeps one classy and dignified.

Dear Freelee, I get sick when I eat bananas, can you advise another fruit that will do as much for the body as them? I'm a total meat/fruit/vegetable diet person. My religion calls for vegetarinism, but I just haven't had the money/willpower to follow through. Can you give me some tips? A Happily Married Mother of 2 wants to know.

Freelee a vegan lifestyle isnt good for everybody. I have crohns and itd be bad if i went vegan. Fruits and veggies have SO much fibre. That could literally damage me so badly.

I have two small children so my question is how do I change my lifestyle along with changing my children's lifestyle too? Another thing is I need to do it on a small budget.

It's an interesting lifestyle but I wouldn't want to be that skinny. And I love my meat. Venison is my fav. I don't even like bananas very much. Lol.
