DISGUSTING SevenAwesomeKids Controversy & Jail Time, Shroud Ninja Apex Dollars, & Facebook Panic Cythil: Unlike what many people think, simply having a great game won't bring you fame and fortune. Anyone that have played a great game that never took off can attest to that. There so many games out there that never really reached a larger audience. Some of these become cult classics in time. But those that are depend on a multiplayer community risk off just dying off. Especially if there offered as a service where closing down the servers pretty much spells the end for the game. This is a great reason why publishers still have such great sway in this world. They market the game and make sure they become big. Also why games that are pretty mediocre can sometimes outcompete other much more well crafter games. I can not say for sure if Apex would have taken off as much as it did without is marketing push. But my guess is not. It would likely have found a base. But not become this juggernaut is it today so shortly after it's release. That being said the there is also a lot off ineffective marketing being done by big companies. Like I have said before. The marketing team do not technically be good at marketing there clients product. They just need to be good at marketing them selves. And that is why I think some marketing and PR pushes fail so greatly. They more focused on making the client think there effective then actually being effective. But this does not seem to be the case with Apex marketing.

How come it seems like the more school shootings that happen, we talk less about teaching our students and children about tolerance/ anti- bullying and more about gun/ law reform? We have to still remember that children need to learn to respect one another so schools don't become a breeding ground for depression and bullying; especially when the shooters straight up say they did it as a result from being bullied in school. We have to remember to keep multiple conversations going about solutions and base them on what demographic we are teaching to. When these shootings started, when I was in school (columbine era, we were shown countless PSA's about bullying and loving one another and students today are seeing less and less of this as we become more jaded and desensitized, and are being bogged down with political debates. Please remember to always spread love through these hard times and treat everyone as you would yourself.

In Scotland all handguns, semi-automatic and pump-action non-rim-fire rifles are prohibited. This was in response to The Dunblane school massacre which took place on 13 March 1996, where 16 children and one teacher were shot dead before the gunman killed himself. It remains the deadliest mass shooting in British history. Public debate about the killings centred on gun control laws, including public petitions calling for a ban on private ownership of handguns and an official inquiry. In response to this debate, two Firearms Acts were passed, which outlawed private ownership of most handguns in Great Britain. There are only 566 licensed handgun owners in Scotland.

EA is aware of how many people, especially young people, watch Ninja. A sponsorship deal between the two makes so much sense. I feel like the main problem is that people still don't understand that pro-gaming/streaming is a serious profession and that sponsorships deals are given to influential individuals, mainly celebrities of any medium. They also don't realize how impactful it can be to the sales of a game. Just because EA is paying Ninja it doesn't mean that they don't believe their game won't do well but because their game is so good they want it to be promoted and shown off to a wider audience. I don't understand what the big deal is.

Thanks for calling attention to the massacre in Suzano. Brazil is a divided mess right now. Bozonaro is a worse and lamer version of Trump, and his actions and words, even before he was elected have encouraged racists, homophobes, religious fundamentalists and insane people to act. The legislator Marielle Franco was murdered a while ago and now they've found 117 guns at a police officer's home, who is part of a militia and was one of the main suspects. His home is coincidentally in the same high-class condo where Bozonaro and his family live. Brazil is imitating the worst aspects of the alt-right bullsht in the US and it's only getting worse.

Do we actually have any good options when it comes to controlling these shootings? Gun control can't work: Take the guns away from all law abiding citizens and they're defenseless against those that do not abide by the laws. But pro Gun can't work either: Put guns in everyone's hands and you've created a recipe for destruction, there will be more shootings, not less. Thanks to things like the Black Market and the Dark Web, Legal or not, those looking to commit atrocities such as this WILL ALWAYS be able to get their hands on weapons. I imagine that on the Dark Web it's as easy as a Google Search.

I went to s court trial that was about a guy who murdered another guy. The guy who murdered the guy tried to say he was doing it in self defense. He also claimed that he had children who he would miss iprison, even though the kids of the victim were in the audiance during the trial. He almost got off with parole but the prosecutor found a snap chat video of the crime. This guy had hit the victim in the head with a metal pipe, in cold blood. Even WITH the video he got a maximum of 11 years in prison with a possibility of parole. It made me so sad to hear. The justice system is not right.

we need to start teaching kids how to deal with bullies, instead of trying to stop bullying. we can never stop bullying. it has always been and will always be. it is a human condition. but we can teach kids how to deal with bullies, like pretty much everyone was up till 2 decades ago. Now we dont talk to the ones being bullies, instead we teach them they deserve not to be beullied and instead of sitting them down and talkign to them, we run to the principles or authorities going after bullies and completely ignore the bullied. failure.

This is so sick, but my mother has been a social worker for 20 years in Florida. Shes a criminal psychologist who specializes in abused children. And I have to say that the punishments Ive seen given out to these monsters is so ridiculous. Probably the worst story Ive ever heard was a mother who pimped her five and seven-year-old out to pedophiles for drug money, she got six months in jail. The Florida judicial system when it comes to this is an absolute joke.

Gun violence is a daily thing in Brazil, the only reason this story has been blown up is because the left can draw comparisons to school shootings in the US and use it to their advantage. If they really cared, shootings in Brazil would make headlines daily. I noticed that, while you brought up the recently relaxed gun laws in Brazil, you never stated whether or not the shooters purchased the guns legally. That is incredibly misleading.
