Corruption, Scandal, Libel & Now Expulsion? Trudeau's Canadian Implosion, BlackPink, & Much More weissblitz100: As much as a lot of Americans hate Trump (i am not a supporter & I am a Canadian, Trudeau is worse His approval rating is lower than Trumps And knowing that Trump isn't a lot of people's favorite, at least he isn't fake like Trudeau. Thanks for covering this scandal. It goes deeper believe it or not The Liberals in question refused to testify under oath about the incident, and were proven to have lied about it (including the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister set up a committee to investigate the issue, but filled the majority of it with his own Liberal party members Even as more and more condemning evidence came to light, they voted not to investigate further into it TWICE. AND then they appointed the sister-in-law of a Liberal cabinet minister to be the ethics investigator on the issue. Trudeau & his party has 5 major ethics violations (in under 4 years, and is the first PM in our history to be found guilty of an ethics violation. Dr. Philpott is saying that it was illegal how Trudeau kicked her out of the party (normally there needs to be a vote to remove a party member) & look up the grassy narrows event, if you want to learn more about our 'woke' PM. Where Trudeau forcibly removed two indigenous people for protesting at a 1500 a plate fundraiser for the Liberal party about mercury poisoning to their community and Liberals ignoring their promises to the indigenous people. Instead Trudeau mocked the two indigenous people, while they were being removedTrudeau is now trying to purchase the media here, with a 595 MILLION dollar bail out. Which may not seem like a lot, but it is like Trump trying to do a 5. 27 BILLION dollar bail out, when you adjust it per capita. Trudeau has also introduced a forced 'carbon tax' that many Canadians do not agree with and many Provincial (state) governments are taking him to court because they do not feel they support this unproven for climate change, unnecessary tax. Nothing but factual information here, not partisan. Just unsure how many people are aware how corrupt our government is up here lol. If you don't believe it, you can look up anything listed above

Re the Canada PM Trudeau 'scandal'. This is how desperate the media and opposition is for a scandal in Canada - dog bites man. This AG who was selected by Trudeau was being criticized by opposition prior to this. The basis for this scandal is the question of whether holding a company accountable for crimes that occurred with people from 8 to 15 years ago. The reason Trudeau put pressure on the AG to reconsider the decision to use the DPA (deferred prosecution agreement) was because it did not make sense to punish the company now for bribes etc committed by different people who were charged who are no longer with the company. The opposition and the media do not explain this - hence - its a 'scandal' - that the Prime Minister would 'pressure' a rookie AG into doing the right thing. When she continued to refuse - he eventually transferred her on to a different ministry - which she promptly resigned from. And only then was when she decided to go public about this pressure - which even she admitted was not illegal EVERY other Govt or even business would do the exact same thing - every time So there's the 'scandal' - uninformed people who want any reason to trash Trudeau.

Trudeau could have avoided this becoming a scandal if he had just admitted that his actions were wrong, offered a sincere apology, and demonstrated from the get go that the move was in order to protect over 9000 jobs. Instead he point-blank lied to Canadians, denying it happened, then lied about what happened, and then he refused to apologize for acting unethically. It would have likely all just blown over (like the several times before that his government has been caught being unethical) if he was honest and transparent from the get go-- the very things that he campaigned on This is just more being added onto the pile of broken promises and blatant lies. I didn't vote for him but I tried my best to support him in the beginning nonetheless. Now there is no going back though. I, along with a ever-growing number of Canadians, will never trust him again. PS - I don't watch you very often, but every time I do and you call me a beautiful bastard it makes me a little happy.

As a Canadian I am desperate to see this asshole who calls himself our Prime Minister ousted from out government. He is a disgrace to our people and our nation and should not be allowed to be our PM for another day, let alone until October. In fact he never should have been allowed to even run for the position of Prime Minister without any previous formal experience in politics and with a background and education as only a teacher. And a drama teacher at that. That should have been a red flag to anyone during the last elections to show that he is nothing more than a drama queen, actor and capable of pretending to be something he isn't. If this was the early early days of government he would not only be tried for treason but hung or beheaded if found guilty. And I believe there is probably good grounds to base the treason allegations on in addition to manipulation, bullying, fraud and most likely so much more.

This whole Canadian political scandal is a headache to me. It's a problem the Trudeau government inherited from the Harper government. So the problem isn't to blame on Trudeau but I don't think he handled it well and I do think there should have been more transparency than he has given. Having said all that I really really really don't want Andrew Scheer to win the next election. He scares me. I would not mind Trudeau winning again, honestly or even Jagmeet Singh. It is unfortunate that we cannot directly vote for our leaders and then our MPs separately because I think my local liberal MP is doing an excellent job and really want to vote for him again. This is going to be an interesting election again and one I'm nervous about.

Trudeau is a criminal. He is by far the worst PM Canada has had. He is the least qualified person ever. Literally he got the job because eastern Canada for some reason liked his father. He is typical trust fund kid that before he became the leader of the Liberal Party was a substitute drama teacher and a part time snow board instructor. Its obvious he is guilty other wise why would he shutdown and prevent parliament from asking anything or to continue questioning Wilson-Raybould. The liberal party is by far the most corrupt party in Canadian history. Every time they get in office they get fought up scandals. And every time they end up being true. October cant come fast enough. This party has destroyed the economy.

Maclean's is pronounced MAC-Lanes, but thank you for speaking about it. Though it is very important to know that SNC-Lavalin executives that are in that criminal case have been claiming the scandal is true and bigger, though they are likely trying to get immunity for their corrupt BS. I have seen some people from the Conservative side of our political spectrum using it as evidence that there is a bigger scandal. Being an NDP man, I hope we actually get a Prime Minister this time around. I don't trust Conservatives to do any different than the Liberals, SNC-Lavalin is seen as an important employer for Quebec and it is a constant political battleground for parties, with both those parties being very pro-corporate.

The Canadian political scandal is an interesting one. I can guarantee PM Trudeau is not the first and the Liberal party is not the only to have taken care of a corporation in the best interest of Canada. The reason, in my opinion, that it has blown up like this is simply because the Liberal party has traditionally been the champions of people over corporations. So when they get their hand caught in the cookie jar, it is amplified. Paul Martin had the same issue of scandal that cost him a meaningful term as PM. It's a good political lesson. when you are always the one crying wolf. the backlash is doubly so when you are the wolf.

Hey PhilipYou make great content. And timely and relevant. I do however feel that you skip to quick and to easely slither away from having a opinion on heavy subjects. Yes you are not suppose to have an opinion, but drill deeper then, return to the subject next day, follow up, be more intense. I say this with love, we ( joyfull receivers of uncensored information) need more like you. We do however also need to counter the SJW, media madness, political echo chamber. You earlier stuff was more edgy, i miss it. Thanks though for great content (with potential for epicness)Tx again

As a Canadian, Im pissed that Trudeau has been so hypocritical with this entire mess. Transparency putting his hand on the scale to protect a large corporation from prosecution for breaking the law. Important to have your views challenged but removes 2 members from his party when they disagree with what he has done. I would vote Liberal again IF Trudeau wasnt the party leader. But i will not vote for Trudeau because its clear to me he doesnt respect the procedure of keeping his hands off of legal matters his AG is doing and i dont have enough confidence in Trudeau to keep leading
