the alabama story is the reason i lose faith in america. these people did not charge the person who did the killing but decided to indict the mom is alien to me. the reason they did not do it because they said this women had a right to defend herself even though she shot a obviously pregnant woman but where was the right of the mother? they willing to send other people in jail who do the same thing but hey gun rights. the mom spent time in jail after losing her child and they felt justify to do so? for losing her cool because she found out someone was trying to steal her man and break up that family? and what tops it all off is that people went along and said this is a crime and only stop because people outside there small toxic, hospitable, loathsome bubble heard about it and did the right thing by getting angry. if this never made it to front page news they would have swept it under the rug, i half expecting to hear another one before this month is up.

The Alabama story is a reasonable and just demonstration of self defense. The mother sought the other woman out with the intention of instigating a confrontation that escalated into a fight with the intent to cause harm. Thats assault, some jurisdictions stack battery on top of it. The woman shot with the clear intent of defending herself and not to cause grievous harm or kill, evidenced by the fact the mother was only shot once. The mother, obviously, did not intend for her baby to be killed in the altercation, but given that she did in fact seek the shooter to fight her. In doing so, the mother put herself and her baby in danger. This is all very broad strokes, strongly filtered legalese that I had explained to me by my states DA office rep, because I asked about this specific case.

. Traveling to China? Don't take your ( main ) phone. I have a second phone on my account just for traveling. It only has my emergency contacts on it and the absolute minimal apps needed to keep the OS from imploding. Using Android? Set up a new Google account and put NOTHING in it. Using iOS - set up a separate iCloud account and put NOTHING in it. And here's the real trick: when traveling do NOT use or login to any of your real social media. Take all the pics / vids you want then transfer them to your PC when you get home. Then factory reset your phone. ( Manually if you know how )

Speaking on that Toy Story thing its interesting how something like that about 10yrs ago wouldnt mean anything. The Delphine thing is hilarious as she knows that her audience is a bunch of desperate males, and she takes a massive advantage of it. Good on her. Im happy with the verdict in Alabama. Youd be insane to charge her with manslaughter. China is terrifying with their control over its citizens. Im afraid this will work its way to America some day. You can already see it happening in small increments here. Absolutely terrifying.

I think the DA mad the right decision but I'm very confused by the Grand Jury that indicted her in the first place. I don't understand how after they decided that the shooter wasn't responsible because she didn't initiate the fight and she was just defending herself why then go after the woman who was shot? By that logic you could charge someone with attempted murder of themselves if they initiate a situation that gets them shot but they survive. It makes no sense to me.

The more you tighten your grip, the more star systems will slip through your fingers. 1- Back up your data 2- Memorize your google account and VPN account number. 3- Hard factory reset your phone (using the pwr button and volume rocker) 4- pop in new sim5- restart phone and install VPN using dummy Gmail account. 6- while VPN is on, sign in to your travel Gmail account. and for the love of God, if that doesn't work, somebody chime in to let me know.

To any on the left, do not grant an unborn child personhood. The unborn child is of the mother until birthed from the mother, should not in anyway be seen as an individual with rights. This is essential in maintaining cohesive definition of personhood and individual rights, that the definition not be compromised by impossible applications such treating two or more individuals in one person as two or more separate person's with individual rights.

Gonna keep downvoting until he explains himself. Honestly I can't say I'm surprised that he didn't address the fact that he got caught blatantly lying to his viewers, because there really is no way he can defend himself against such damning proof. The best course of action for him to take now, is to just ignore it, and pray that people forget about it, and that it all blows over soon, which it appears is what his plan is anyways.
