I claim to be a pretty big fan of Star Wars. (As most of the decor in my home has little nods to Star Wars, I even named my cat Kylo. Being within the community during this time is awful. If you go on the Star Wars subreddit or even do any research on reviews of The Last Jedi, people openly have said we need to post negative reviews and post everywhere about the hate for the movie. When I saw The Last Jedi it was by far the best Star Wars movie I have seen in my opinion, and I loved it. I did not expect everyone to, but to see grown adults petitioning for a remake, to see the actors dislike it, to see all the negative energy come from that movie. it's exhausting. You even have people boycotting TROS because of how the trilogy was set up. These people are all blowing smoke because you know they will still see it, and I can only hope it'll be another Star Wars film. There are people in the fandom who hope the film flops. I find this to be really toxic. I will say this: DISNEY is a primary reason people hate this trilogy. A lot of people really just hate the new Star Wars. because of Disney.

shes on the world stage making sweeping legislative and societal condemnations. im sorry to be the one to tell you that generally world leaders will acknowledge you when you pretend they hate the planet in front of the un. i cant imagine how many people would starve to death if every human stopped using fossil fuels tomorrow. we need to develop alternatives and get competitive in the eco-friendly renewable energy market, not virtue signal and annoy everyone asking for shit that isn't currently possible; and not even condemn the worlds worst polluters while you do it. either she knows what shes talking about and her ideas are worth engaging, or shes a child that we shouldn't criticize and she should get off the world stage.

How can you have that headline? When useless people parrot and push a 15 year old having an emotional breakdown on international television about the climate while also being supported and funded by thousands of people from a political ideology that doesn't care about her at all and is using her. How many 15 year olds get a speech at the UN, have a team coordinting low carbon travel around the world or have a team of publicists and parents involved in soft coup politics. How dare you.

Even in his second response JJ is telling it like it is. I don't think this movie would be what it is without the choices thta Rian made, so I'm nothing but grateful. First of all, that isn't a compliment. That is like saying Sure my dad was abusive but I wouldn't be the man I am without him. No, you can be better IN SPITE of some people and things. Secondly. That is two sentences, not one. So whoever quoted him doesn't understand basic grammar.

Vague memory of you in an apartment with no furniture, a laptop asking for any help/donation to get you back home. Think you just left college. I actually made a response video to your Greyhound Bus killer here in Winnipeg. The only video I ever did of me. I thought you douche baggery was funny. Glad I held on for the ride.

I can't remember the first video I watched, cause it's been a while, but I do remember the intro welcome to the Philip DeFranco show, the show that's not really a show but me talking to the camera for 3-4 minutes, yeaaah. From India, and I watch every day. It's great for me as the timing is such that I can wake up and watch it. Congrats, and keep doing what you're doing Phil

call me crazy, but when the most beloved franchise of all time does a 180 turn out of nowhere switching directors instead of sticking to the original trilogy plan, i think people are right to be mad. and then they change directions again. its not a matter of wether we like it or not, Disney just showed they didnt care at all about making something good

First, why is baby Yoda sometimes blue? Is it just the way the light is hitting him? Second, I wish someone, somehow, would make a completely comprehensive Star Wars series starting at the very beginning. Star Wars has one of, if not the most, expansive universes and even though SW is, over-covered, that's just the tip of an unimaginably large iceberg.
